Restless leg syndrome is a very uncomfortable feeling. I have dealt with it for many years so I know what it’s like. There is a home remedy that can put a stop to restless leg syndrome. It is by detoxing your body. Detoxing my body has helped out a lot. Restless leg syndrome can affect your daily performance and can prevent you from sleeping well at night. It is very aggravating when it happens and can make you feel miserable.
Your body absorbs toxins on a daily basis. Things you eat, drink, and even the air you breathe introduce toxins in your body. These toxins are stored in your liver and are circulated throughout your body. The toxins build up in your body and your body tries to get rid of them 24hours a day, seven days a week. Even though your body does get rid of some of the toxins, it struggles to get rid of all of them because you are constantly taking in more toxins without even knowing it. They can also make you feel sluggish and even make you sick.
There is really no cure for restless legs but only ways to help prevent it. Detoxing your body is a great way to help prevent restless leg syndrome and at the same time, making you healthier. I’m not going to get into how to detox your body because there is a ton of information about detoxing that you can find by researching it on the internet.
Alcohol is also something that can trigger it. Reduce your alcohol intake and see if this helps. Over indulging with alcohol is not only unhealthy, but can lead to major health issues and even can cause death. But that is a whole different subject.
Sugar is also something that can cause it. Try cutting out sugar intake. This can also help you lose weight and not feel so sluggish throughout the day.
Caffeine is another product you can cut out of your diet to stop restless leg syndrome. People do not realize how caffeine affects their body.
There are other products that you can stop consuming that will help as well. Do a little research about consuming products that may trigger restless leg syndrome and try eliminating them from your diet. As you eliminate these products, take notes on the results. You may find what is triggering your restless syndrome.
